TightSculpting

The Phi perspective is not about size; it is about the relationship between skin tension and the body’s silhouette.

At Phi Skin Clinic, we use the principles of the Golden Ratio, the mathematical blueprint for beauty, to ensure your body’s contours perfectly complement your natural frame.

Treatment details:

  • TightSculpting® is a non-invasive, two-step laser protocol.

    • Step 1: Deep Thermolysis. We utilize a long-pulse laser to safely heat deep connective tissues, signaling the reduction of stubborn fat cells.

    • Step 2: Surface Contraction. We transition to a second wavelength that tightens the skin's surface, triggering collagen remodeling for a smooth, polished finish.

    • Treatment length → Depending on the target area, sessions typically last 30 to 60 minutes.

    • Sensation → During the treatment, you will feel a deep, gradual warming of the tissue, often compared to a hot stone massage.

    • Onset → There is no downtime. You can return to your daily ritual or workout immediately following the session.

    • Duration → The fat reduction component of TightSculpting® is permanent. Once the laser energy reaches the temperature necessary to deactivate fat cells (adipocytes), those specific cells are processed and eliminated by your body and do not return.

  • Increase your water intake for 48 hours to help the body flush treated fat cells through the lymphatic system. A light walk after the session is encouraged to stimulate circulation. Avoid very hot baths, saunas, or direct intense sun on the treated area for 24 hours to allow the skin temperature to stabilize.

    Common Side Effects

These are mild and usually resolve within a few hours:

    • The treated area will look pink or red, similar to a post-workout glow.

    • The area may feel warm to the touch for several hours.

    • A slight "firmness" in the tissue as the body begins the remodeling process.

    Uncommon & Rare Side Effects

    • Temporary "pins and needles" sensation or slight swelling (edema).

    • Surface blistering or changes in pigmentation (highly minimized by our real-time temperature monitoring).

  • Body sculpting is a process of refinement. Our promise is a commitment to your long-term silhouette. We don't just treat an area; we provide a Contour Map, tracking your progress to ensure the reduction in volume is perfectly balanced with skin firmness.

  • ightSculpting® is a non-invasive, laser-based treatment designed to sculpt the silhouette while simultaneously tightening the skin.

Unlike traditional body contouring that only addresses fat (leaving behind loose skin) or only addresses skin (leaving behind stubborn volume), TightSculpting® uses two different laser wavelengths in a single session to treat the body in "layers."

  • Yes. It is an FDA-cleared, non-invasive laser procedure. Because it uses light energy rather than suction or chemicals, it has an excellent safety profile.

  • The fat reduction component of TightSculpting® is permanent. Once the laser energy reaches the temperature necessary to deactivate fat cells (adipocytes), those specific cells are processed and eliminated by your body and do not return.

  • Most clients achieve their desired silhouette within 3 to 5 sessions, spaced 2 to 3 weeks apart.

  • At Phi, we recommend waiting until you have completed breastfeeding. While the laser energy is local, the body must metabolize the broken-down fat cells, and we prefer your system to be at its natural baseline for the best results.
