Scarlett is a Certified Medical Aesthetician known for her warm, attentive approach and the genuine care she brings to every appointment. With training in medical aesthetics and a background in luxury hospitality, she combines technical knowledge with an intuitive understanding of what makes people feel comfortable, heard, and well cared for.

She takes the time to understand each patient’s goals, explain their options clearly, and create a treatment experience that feels thoughtful and personal, never rushed or a one-size-fits-all.

Scarlett grew up in Korea, where she became a licensed Korean tour guide, before moving to Canada to study at Douglas College. A competitive swimmer as a teenager, she loves anything that challenges her strength and endurance and the feeling of working toward a goal.

At heart, Scarlett is a people person. She loves hearing people’s stories, getting to know what matters to them, and helping them feel at ease. That same warmth and curiosity are a big part of the way she cares for patients at Phi.
