Lip Filler (True Lip Enhancement)

The Phi perspective is not about size. It is about the relationship between features.

At Phi Skin Clinic, we use the principles of the Golden Ratio, the mathematical blueprint for beauty, to ensure your lips perfectly complement your facial structure.

Whether restoring lost volume or defining your natural shape, our approach is always intentional, subtle, and uniquely yours.

Treatment details:

  • The precise placement of Hyaluronic Acid (Juverderm) fillers to add volume, structure, or hydration.

    • The Intent: To harmonize the ratio between the upper and lower lip while sharpening the vermillion border (the lip line) and the Cupid's bow.

  • We analyze your profile and dental support to ensure the volume we add is structurally sound.

    • Treatment length → 15–20 minutes.

    • Sensation → Minimal. A quick, tiny pinch.

    • Onset → If a client desires a significant change, we often recommend a 'staged' approach, adding small increments of filler over two sessions.

**Minor swelling or bruising is normal for 24–48 hours. We recommend booking your session at least two weeks before any major event.

  • Most people can return to their usual activities right after the procedure, although it’s typical to have some swelling for a few hours or days. Bruising is rare but possible. It’s recommended to avoid strenuous exercise and exposure to extreme heat, such as saunas or sunbathing, for the first 24 to 48 hours.

We offer ice packs and arnica cream to reduce swelling and the risk of bruising.

Lip filler treatments are generally safe when performed by a qualified provider, but some side effects may occur. Most are mild and resolve on their own, while others are less common and may require follow-up care.

    Common Side Effects:

    • Swelling, tenderness, or bruising at injection sites

    • Mild redness or lumpiness (typically resolves within a few days)

    • Temporary firmness or unevenness in lip texture

    • Mild asymmetry or uneven results (usually resolves as product settles)

    Uncommon Side Effects:

    • Prolonged swelling or sensitivity

    • Mild asymmetry or overcorrection (may require follow-up adjustment)

    • Itching or rash at the injection site

    Rare Side Effects:

    • Vascular occlusion (blockage of blood flow, a medical emergency)

    • Infection or abscess

    • Severe allergic reaction or granuloma formation

  • Precision requires patience. We welcome all our Lip Filler clients to book a 1 – 2 weeks follow up appointment for a complimentary touch up.
